The Challenge
The challenge was to balance storytelling and sales. Bespoke Furniture wanted to highlight the artistry and uniqueness of their process while also creating a streamlined path for customers to shop. Building the e-commerce functionality on Wix required careful customization to avoid a generic template feel, while still keeping the backend manageable for the client to run independently.
The Solution
I designed a minimal, modern interface that emphasized large photography and clean typography to showcase the products. The e-commerce shop was structured with intuitive categories, product detail pages, and an easy checkout flow. I also integrated options for product customization requests, making sure the brand’s bespoke nature translated online. On the backend, I set up a straightforward CMS structure so the client could easily update inventory, add new products, and track orders.
The Result
The final website positioned Bespoke Furniture as a premium brand with both a portfolio and a shop that elevated their customer experience. It provided a professional online presence that communicated craftsmanship and trust while generating direct sales.
